Given that we regularly ship Australia-wide, only a small percentage of our customers see our products prior to receiving their delivery.
Most people are able to choose their favourite product from the wonderful photos on our website, most of which have been sent to us by happy clients.
We're pleased to say that the general feedback when people install their walls, decks and floors is that they look so much better than the photos!
Sometimes however, you just need to do the "touchy-feely' thing.
For that reason, we offer samples for a minimal charge.

**It's important to realise that timber in general and recycled timber in particular varies greatly in colour, texture and feature. Each piece is completely unique and a small sample will never reflect the look of a complete area. Use our samples only with reference to the images on each product page.
